What We’re Building (Slowly)

We didn’t start with a big plan.

At the beginning, it was just a simple idea:
to share things we genuinely liked.

Japanese stationery. Handmade objects.
Things that feel quiet, but intentional.

Over time, it became something more structured —
a store, a system, a workflow.

But we’re trying to keep the original feeling.

We don’t want to become too fast.
Or too optimized.

Some products take time to find.
Some ideas take time to make sense.

And that’s okay.

Right now, we’re experimenting with how to balance two things:

– keeping a wide range of unique items
– while still making the experience simple and consistent

It’s not solved yet.

But maybe it doesn’t need to be fully solved.

We’re building this slowly.
